December 22, 2018 was chosen to celebrate all the achievements of that year and deserved a party to match. That night, we gathered employees from all our showrooms (Limeira, São Paulo, Goiânia, Guaporé and Curitiba) at the JWF Hotel, in Limeira-SP.
At the party, we tried to transmit experiences that marked the lives of those who were there and, more than that, that the people present enjoyed that moment a lot. The result? Everything went exactly as planned!
The band that played the songs did not let the crowd stand still, everyone sang and danced a lot. Characters like Alice and the Mad Hatter, from the story Alice in Wonderland, were successful and yielded many fun photos. To make the night even more agitated, waiters with unicorn masks offered delicious drinks.
But it was not enough to just entertain the staff, the company also wanted to value its employees for the year of dedication, for the goals achieved and for motivating their teams. Therefore, the managers of each showroom won a trip to the Caribbean, with the right to a companion and a week's stay. In addition, a video broadcast on the screen, with photos of our team, was a way to honor our employees.
The team from Goiânia held a surprise for managers Caio and Matheus Gazin, by putting together a presentation with all the achievements that the employees only achieved through Gazin. It was very exciting!
