Last weekend, the gas brought together more than 250 resellers in Limeira, in the interior of São Paulo, for a Saturday of immersion and a lot of learning. Empower Gazin, which reached its 3rd edition, once again provided a unique and transformative experience — a true meeting of women entrepreneurs determined to grow and make a difference in the semi-jewelry market.

The event featured seven renowned speakers, who shared strategies, stories and valuable tips to drive results and strengthen business.
Who opened the stage was Fábio Uliana, known as the master of business strategies. He presented practical and proven techniques to improve results and increase sales, always based on a solid and intelligent business culture.
Next, Gabi Morais showed how artificial intelligence can be a great ally for resellers. With practical examples, she taught how to use AI strategically to win more customers and optimize time on a daily basis.
Finance also gained prominence with Michel Vieira, who addressed topics such as pricing, profits and financial organization in a light and relaxed way, fundamental for those who want to undertake successfully.

The marketing theme was on account of the publicist Juninho Brum, who presented effective techniques to boost sales and attract customers through social networks. He showed that, with strategy and creativity, it is possible to turn followers into loyal buyers.
Pablita, on the other hand, enchanted the audience by talking about semi-jewelry photography. She gave practical tips on how to photograph pieces at home, taking advantage of the light and everyday scenarios — proving that good photos can increase (and a lot!) sales.
