Innovate, inspire, develop and undertake. These are some of the fundamental pillars that support and represent what the gas more believes and values.
In addition to reinventing ourselves daily to surprise you, our client, we seek our self-reinvention, in order to meet any and all needs to further brighten our relationship within the Gazin world.
That's why we invest in courses, training, lectures, in short, everything that can enrich the work of our team. We believe that training and learning never die, but live forever within those who are willing to learn.
Therefore, we have the immense pleasure of announcing the graduation of our managers André, Lariza, Amanda and Rhayssa, on the Orion Management course for leaders, from Zaros Escola de Negócios, aimed at the personal and professional development of our managers, in order to expand their leadership and people management capabilities.
The course lasted one year, starting in 2018 and ending in September 2019, with a workload of 120 hours. Our director Caio Gazin received a tribute from the school at the hands of the creator Simone Zaros, for her indispensable and invaluable support and for the successful partnership with the institution.

In total, there are already more than 10 Gazin leaders trained in the Orion course and who participated in this transformative experience, where there is in-depth learning about team management, service strategies, time management and organization, among others.
The graduation celebration was held at Samsara Buffet in Limeira, on September 21st, on a night of great joy and a feeling of accomplishment. And this is just the beginning.
Events of such magnitude as this inspire and motivate us, in order to seek development and grow as a person and professional. Gazin will continue to offer this unique opportunity for our leaders to perform their role with even greater excellence.
